Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms of service govern the commercial relationship between ChronoConvoi and its clients for vehicle transport and purchase services.
Article 2 – Definitions
- Provider : ChronoConvoi and its authorized partners
- Client : Any individual or legal entity requesting our services
- Service : Transport, purchase, delivery and related services
- Vehicle : Any automobile (motorcycle, car) entrusted to the provider
Article 3 – Pricing
Prices on chronoconvoi.com are quoted in euros including VAT. ChronoConvoi reserves the right to modify prices with notice to the client. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date.
Article 4 – Order process
- Client requests a detailed quote specifying the service needed
- ChronoConvoi prepares and submits the quote for approval
- Order is confirmed by signing the order form and transport contract
- Any post-order changes require written mutual agreement
Article 5 – Payment terms
Accepted methods : bank transfer, cheque, PayPal, cash. Payment is in two parts : deposit upon vehicle collection, balance before delivery. Exact terms are specified in the quote.
Article 6 – Service provision
- Collection : ChronoConvoi pickup or client delivery
- Transport : Professional car carrier with comprehensive insurance
- Delivery : To the address specified by client in Morocco
- Condition report : Pre and post-transport photos provided to client
Article 7 – Insurance and liability
All services include comprehensive vehicle insurance. ChronoConvoi is only liable for damage caused by its proven negligence. Liability is capped at the vehicle's value.
Article 8 – Timelines
Stated timelines are indicative. ChronoConvoi is not responsible for delays due to events beyond its control (strikes, weather, customs obstacles).
Article 9 – Cancellation and withdrawal
- Before pickup : full refund
- After pickup : handling fees calculated pro rata for services rendered (10–20% of deposit)
- During transport : cancellation not possible without prior agreement
Article 10 – Force majeure
ChronoConvoi is not liable for delays or delivery failure due to force majeure events (conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions).
Article 11 – Claims
Claims must be submitted in writing (email or registered mail) within 14 days of delivery or discovery of the issue. ChronoConvoi will respond within 30 days.
Article 12 – Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Safi (Morocco) shall have sole jurisdiction.
